Raindrops on Roses

Wouldn't that be an interesting picture title? Haha for some reason that came into my head when typing this. Anyways, don't have any new behind-the-scenes photos but here are a few finished shots from a November 22nd shoot with Nicole from Model Mayhem. I'd shot with her once before but it was great to take some pictures with her in the snow. We went to this incredible abandoned house. I loved it! I must go there again.. well, hope everyone's doing well.

November 1.

So on the first of November, three friends of mine (Kait, Noreen and Laura) and I went to shoot at a location I've been dying to go to for the longest time. It's a somewhat long drive, though, so it involved some planning. We got there, though, and I was so happy! The place is huge, and all the different places in it are so unique that I'm planning to go back again sometime; probably in the Spring when it's warmer and we can take some better pictures in/by the river. I got a few behind the scenes shot, and (a rare occasion:) some of me taking pictures! Laura, for the first half of the shoot, took alot of pictures of us taking pictures, haha. And then she modeled with Kait and Nor when we went down to the river. ...

...The first (really dark, sorry) photo is the dilapidated house where we took so many pictures!
The last time I'd been there before the shoot was on Father's Day. Then, there wasn't a huge tree on top of it..
but atleast the house was still there. The others are just me in weird poses taking pictures, haha.

while I took it. I like how it looks.. this big rock down by the water...
I have to go back there again! Well, this post certainly had a lot more photos than usual.

New Self - Portraits.

Not much going on. Hope you're all doing well. Not much to say. I just took some new pictures a few days ago and thought I'd post a few behind-the-scenes shots of it! I'm trying to be more active on blogspot. High school is going pretty well, I guess! Every day is... different, haha. Well, hopefully I'll be having a shoot soon, before winter sets in!

The Park with Kait and Sloane

Hey! Haven't written in awhile... really cause I haven't had a shoot since the last post! (Well, up till Monday anyways.) We had no school due to its being Columbus Day. Kait was watching her little sister Sloane all day, so I met them at the park. Sloane wanted me to take her pictures, so I did! Haha we had a lot of fun and I got some really cool shots. Not much else to say. All my 'life' issues I ramble on about on deviantART. ;] Here are some completely unedited pictures and behind-the-scenes photos.

Amanda Shoot / Life

Hey! So I've been pretty busy lately. I just started my freshman year of high school- it's such big change. Hm, so far I'm definitely missing the old school, but it's mostly because there's more work and I have more classes where I don't know many people. I'm kind of shy, haha, so that's not very awesome. But I guess I just have to try and be optimistic. I usually am, but lately I haven't been.. well.. anyway! I usually don't post stuff like that on here. So on September 6th I had a shoot with Amanda Love (see her ModelMayhem.com account here: http://www.modelmayhem.com/731290). It was really very fun! We shot at this park-place (hah, descriptive) around a lake. We drove around to several spots in the park... It was truly one of my most fun shoots to date- here are some pictures! I'm hoping to take pictures with some friends soon, too.
